Who we are:

We are a team of Management Consultants, IT Consultants and Facilitators with capabilities in leadership and team development, organization development, executive coaching and training plus de-risking Major IT Change. We offer over 30 years international experience providing services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, oil, chemical, finance and manufacturing industries. We believe in working in partnership with our clients to improve the performance of their organizations through the development of their people and teams.

Our approach

We prefer to spend time getting to know and understand an organizations’ people, their challenges and their needs and expectations. This understanding helps us to design bespoke interventions that address identified needs that align with the organization’s culture. In delivering these interventions, our approach is highly participative, grounded in practical application, using underpinning theory with real examples that directly relate to the organization.

We also need to know we have 'made a difference' so, where ever possible we design an evaluation process as part of our approach.

We take pride in creating supportive environments where people can take some risks, share views and perceptions, and debate actions in confidence.
